Best Nikon Landscape Prime Lens!

I bought this lens to replace the Nikon 16-35mm f4 VR zoom. This lens is much smaller and lighter which makes it ideal for travel and landscape shots. It's also a full two stops brighter than the zoom so I don't find myself missing the VR. While it doesn't go as wide, it's got much less distortion so I prefer the image quality. It takes 77mm screw in filters which is a major factor why I chose this over the Sigma Art 20mm 1.4. Overall couldn't be more satisfied with a wide angle prime!Read full review

Incredible value!

Not only is this glass super sharp (especially when stepped down 2 stops, peak sharpness at F5.6), it also produces some incredible sunstars! This has got to be one of my lightest glass I have. Primes are just my favorite. I combine this with the Nikon 14-24 F/2.8, Rokinon 14mm F2.8, Sigma 35mm F/1.4 Art, Nikon 50mm F/1.4G, and Nikon 85mm F/1.8G for the ultimate setup for landscape.
