Awesome Camera!!
I'm an amateur photographer and I feel that this camera is perfect for someone who is fairly new to photography and who wants to learn more about the art. I found it easy to use and has so far increased my ability with digital slr camera's, it has alot of useful gadgets and the picture quality is amazing, no need for photoshop!! ;0) I had to download the manual from a website but that was just because the camera I bought was 2nd hand and didnt have one, there is alot of information online about the D100 and it is mostly positive so all in all a good buy.Read full review...

Great camera
Nikon are a very good make,I have had other nikon camera's for a lot of years and have now gone for a digital camera. So had to have a nikon and the D100 fits all my needs.

i have previously had a nikon d100 but part exchanged it for more compact digital camera.but finding that with my new compact digital camera the results were not as good as my old D100 .so i decided to look on e-bay for a new or second hand version. A Great Back up camera
Its not the best on the market but for the money, its worth every little penny, I use a D300 but this is an easy to use camera, ideal if you are wanting to get more involved, rather than point and fire photography.

Nikon d100
Even though the camera is a lil dated in comparison to today's market, the d100 does everything asked..
Not only are you able to create and build your own shot but with the cameras auto setting it is an easy 'point and shoot' camera as well.
