This item was actually purchased on behalf of my neighbour,she has recently told me that she loves it. Says it takes up only a small amount of room on her worktop and is easy to operate once she had throughly read the manual,not sure of her opinion on the ease of cleaning yet but I have a ninja megazone which I do like but have to say the cleaning around the element is almost impossible so come on ninja,make an easy clean roof please!!!!!Read full review

I had the older model dual zone 9.5L that I replaced because spare parts (drawers) were unavailable from Ninja website. This model is definitely a downgrade from the older one in few ways: heat comes from the back and not the top - it’s harder too cook evenly, difficult to shake food without making a mess. This model is louder, creates a lot of condensation around it if cooking from frozen. Exhausts also need more space if you’re not willing to soil around. I wouldn’t recommend it. Read full review

Little issue with the delivery at first as didn’t come when it said it has been dispatched and tracking not working but quickly resolved by the support team and then arrived the next day after being resent. Product works well, its larger than the one i had before and great that you can have both sides set the same and set them to finish at the same time too with different cooking temperatures and timings.
It is quite large so although stacked it takes up a bit of space on the counter top and doesn’t fir as well in a cupboard but its a smart edition to the counter top to leave out.Read full review
