Chrome rusts through wether lacquered or not

The Chrome rusts easily. The idea is that it should be coated with lacquer to prevent it. As a sprayer, I was skeptical about spraying a coat of lacquer on chrome as it generally would never stick to something shiny like chrome as you can't abrade it to give a key. I was right. It doesn't last. It's not worth the effort folks. Just leave it.Read full review
