It is what it is. You have to know that tish type of fan i quiet on less than 40% of power. After that it is jet engine. The Best Fan.

Simply the best 120mm fan you can get. Its powerfull, high static pressure, high flow rate and quite for speed. At its full speed of 3000 its about the same value as a standard 1800rpm fan at full.
