S10 unit with E100 blades works better

Product worked ok, but I also bought the S10 unit with the E100 blades and it worked much better and even though two passes (one each side of the sheet metal) was required, it was still faster with a more controllable and higher quality finished result on 1/16" stainless steel sheet metal.Read full review

Gouges the edge

Have to apply VERY light pressure when using. By very light I mean no more then the weight of the tool itself. It actually works to good and wants to dig in to the edge instead of just deburring it. Especially on aluminum. I'm thinking it may work better once the cutting edges dull down a little. Still prefer a singe edge deburrer and hit each side.Read full review
