Good phone
It's a simple phone, no ebay,facebook etc. So if you want a phone that can text and call, this is ideal.
It has a longer battery life than most modern smartphones and not the same amount of clutter that you get with modern phones with all the apps that you can get.
The camera takes reasonably good resolution pictures.
All in all a great phone, with good battery life compared to modern phones but no where near as good as the Nokia 6310i was for battery life.Read full review

Nice Looks and feel, terrible signal reception
I was drawn by the smart looks and efficient design but this phone has a significant flaw. I have compared the signal reception with an older cheaper phone and a newer one and they both have a significantly better antenna and hence reception than the 6300. If you are in a borderline signal strength area you will not be able to make or receive a call. These phones have now been superseded by android anyhow.Read full review

New Nokia 6300
I like the phone because of its simplicity. You can bulk delete messages and there is a blue tooth facility to enable the unit to work in a car with a hands free system. The camera is only 2mp - but it can still photograph an A4 document that is readable. There is a port to enable a lead to be connected to a computer for the download of photos and videos. The phone is robust and the battery lasts about 2 days when used heavily for conversation.Read full review

Very compact handset
I bought this phone firstly for sentimental reasons and to use as a backup. When this model was first releases I did not buy one as I was getting into the more advance models with touch screens. Do not let that detract from the fact that is is a well made phone that can take everyday knocks without having to replace the screen. It also has a colour screen with good definition for playing video clips. The player is of reasonable quality. Overall I would say that the 6300 is good value for money. Definitely would recommend as a good backup phone or a first phone for a youngster. I must also mention that battery standby last forever.Read full review

Great cell, totally stylish!
My father bought this very same model in 2007. By now, it has 9 year of everyday usage and still working perfectly fine.
