Overall a nice phone, has its annoyances, but thats Windows for you!

Nice phone, smooth screen and operation, fairly easy to use (having used a smartphone with touch screen previously). Only marked down because bluetooth only available for audio devices and NOT other phones (apparently this is coming in update 7.8). Battery life isn't brilliant but it does depend on how much you use the phone. Haven't really used Windows synching (got a pc for that!) or Xbox bit (got a Playstation!). All in all a nice phone, albeit (unfortunately) more Microsoft-dependent than Nokia-dependent.Read full review...

Very professional windows phone

Very nice phone and also professional. I feel it is complicated in the use of bluetooth or in the way I can keep my contacts on sim. Still it has many features to use and directions would help.

A very old Windows phone...one of the early ones that does not update above Windows 7.8 and therefore most popular apps like whatsapp cannot be downloaded on this

Very pleased with product and the deal that I have got with Vodafone.

I saw one of these at a local phone shop and decided to look for one on Ebay. I bought the Lumia 710 and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I have a very old Iphone which I have been very fond of. However I think that the lunia is a very creditable threat to the Iphone. Given the choice I think that I would choose the Lunia over the the Iphone. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new Phone to go and look and handle the Lumia before a choice is made.Read full review...

Will take some time yet there will be no enough of programs. Weak operating

Good value, Does what it says on the tin, refreshing interface

I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a viable alternative to the tyranny of Apple. Pay as you go good value phone. Easy to use, does what you need it to do and is a very reasonable pricetag. Windows OS is very "warhol" in appearance with lots of block colours. I'm not the kind of person who has to have the newest thing all the time, yet am impresed with this phone. Suits me fine. Business use is probably limited to phone & Email.Read full review...

great wee phone for the money really happy with it.

After having an htc salsa for a year the constant pc connection problems and memory problems got to me, the internet connection was really slow compared to my nokia lumia, camera is better an windows is good to use all round, really happy with this wee gem.Read full review...

Wonderful Phone...

Best to buy this phone, good value for money and you will love it.
If you want an excellent Email interface and capabilities then just go for it, rest all features are also good.
Windows interface is brilliant, you will have a different experience using it.
I don't know about upcoming Lumia 820 or 920 having windows8, But what I know is that those phones don't require waiting as they will be way more expensive, So in a mid range this phone is wonderful.Read full review...

Great Phone

Sold my HTC one x to get this one. Really good phone. Good Bat life. Love the Windows 7.5. Good feel and Apps. Camera ok. Sound amazing. And really Strong Signal. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. Do not buy the 610. The 710 costs the same but has double the spec.

The phone is fast and responsive. Charge time is 3 hours.

Cons
Not alot of apps available yet, but windows will get there compared with android.
Should have had a 8mp cam.

I bought a 710, because my husband had had one previously. He had smashed the screen and it held together with sellotape for quite some time before it started failing. More robust than any other smart phone I have used. My husband needs his equipment to be robust. But over and above this, he uses it like a mini computer - for everything - email, news, twitter, Facebook, search engine, sat nav - there are more, but my mind has gone blank. He has it with him all the time and he is a tree surgeon/landscaper/logger - lots of dust, sweat and accidental knocks and this phone keeps working perfectly . . . touch wood.
