A great gadget, helps my voice work enormously.

Although I have to say it is a bit wobbly, because I had to re-arrange my Auna ribbon mic's mount so as to accommodate it within the screen, it is a very useful adjunct to my small recording studio kit. And the folding feature is especially good because one can give it several settings and it definitely makes a small difference to the way one approaches delivering to the mic Excellent value for money .Read full review

Nordell Portable Recording Vocal Booth - heavy for what it does.

I would say that it is quite well engineered but the framework is obviously made of steel and chrome plated. This makes it very heavy for what it is. However, it does cut out the sound reflections to some degree. In comparison to a previous one I purchased, which was about half the price, half the weight and just as good, if not better, at reducing the reflections, it does make me think that too much effort has been put into the engineering. Having said that, I think it depends very much on the room size and layout, as well as the microphone that's being used as to how effective it will be.
One aspect I found a little frustrating was not being able to tighten the fittings sufficiently to stop it from moving.Read full review

Very good value and quality.

This is a great item, intelligently and very stylishly conceived. Not too large and not too small. The adjustable closing design feature is great, it has a locking spring loaded push button mechanism to keep it in the position you want it. The only thing I would say is that if your suspension mount is quite large then it might not enclose the mic quite enough. I have an SE Z5600a which has a very large mount and I had to work to get the filter closed enough around it but once sorted it works great. I have noticed that it seems also to help greatly in reducing vocal clicks and pops, I didn't expect that as I am already using a pop filter but this seems to really help too.
