Good weight, no sticking

Nice 8" pans, like the weight and high sides. Arrived with a couple of tiny rust spots on the outside, but the inside of the pans were fine, so I kept them. I used them for the first time today (greased/floured) and the cakes didn't stick at all. Not perfectly flat on top, but my cakes didn't dome as much as they usually do. The sides weren't as hard/ovedone either. I like them better than other pans I've tried and would recommend them.Read full review
