A very funny and enjoyable travel book.

This book is a fantastic read,very funny especially if you know the places Bill visits.I bought this book years ago,I lent it out and never got it back,hence this new purchase.

Insightful, enjoyable and mildly amusing

This book was recommended to me and I am nearing the end. Not rip-roaringly funny as some have found it but an enjoyable read, insightful, with lots of information about the UK that I hadn't known about. I shall be interested to read the book in which Mr Bryson describes his return to the States.Read full review...
