I've only been taking these vitamins for maybe a month as I just had PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) performed on my face. I wanted to make sure that I maintain the tightness in my face along with collagen production. These are easy to take and they do not make me queasy as some vitamin supplements can. I didn't give it a 5 star rating as it's hard to tell whether or not they are fully doing the job. I would recommend taking these though as part of your health and beauty regimen.
