I have been taking these tablets one a day every day for years now and I wouldn't be without them especially this make, I find them the best. They have done wonders for my hair, I'm 68 and have a lovely head of long hair in a fab condition, even my hairdresser remarks on how healthy it is everytime I see her. My nails are alot stronger as well and can now grow them to a good length without them breaking. Brilliant company

I have been a regular customer as they are based in Lancashire so I am trying to support local businesses in the current climate local businesses need all the help ! I order many vitamins and other tablets as they are hi quality and good value. I love the packages as they are easy to store and are good quality. Lots of tablets come in bottles that take up far to much room! My only concern is that recently the tablets have changed from different easy swallow tablets to very cheap looking brown ones. I hope this doesn’t continue as it’s difficult to organise when they are all the same colour and shape ! But I can’t complain about them at all as always on time and never any mistakes
