Creatine

I have been using them soon as I got them and pills are great to use but have take 4 pills was okay size of pills little large but worth it makes my working out easy

This is not pure, and no the tablets are NOT 3000mg.

The back of the pack claims 3000mg creatine is in 4 pills, not one, this is extremely misleading. Products requiring multiple pills for a serving will typically advertise number of servings purchased. They are overtly lying about the amount of creatine that you are buying.

On top of this the "inert ingredients" are crystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. In other words the fact that the pills are too large and awkward to swallow is a deliberate result of bulking the product up for no worthy reason. I didn't even realize the fact that one serving is 4 pills for a while because of this, which I believe to be the purpose.

Given the ACTUAL quantity of creatine and the potential side effects of including magnesium stearate, these are rather expensive for what they are. Not worth it even if they were properly priced/labelled.Read full review

Can't Complain

The product is cheap which is very nice , but i was not happy about the miss leading title as it says 4000mg Pure creatine,when its really 1000, another thing is the cheap packaging its not as shown in picture,its more of a transparent zip bag, the plastic does not smell which is nice , and for a cheap price well you can't really complain, Shipping time wise, Excellent.PS after trying the pills, they taste like plastic and made me sick i dont recommend.Read full review

Crappy stuff. Ordered capsules received tablets.
Better is to pay more and receive a proper German stuff. Jesus Christ 12 grams recommended of daily portion while I can remember that proper capsuled stuff advise only 5 grams.
AVOID.
