I have used this product before. I am a mountain biker and you can really feel the difference using these BCAA before a ride. They climbs feel way stronger. Excellent stuff.

Disappointing as they changed the size, dosage and strength from my last order so you have to consume more pills, making it poor value for money and a bit of a con. So check your products carefully weights ingredients and consumption rates etc
