We use it for work and had to replace ours after many years of heavy use, my only advice is to try to stop people from pulling it via the hose and that's the only weak point. They are tough but not indestructible, Wish they had a little more power for heavy jobs but at the price you cant complain. Read full review...

Great 1st impressions
Early days yet as only had this a week or two as a replacement for the older heavier duty, larger model which I have had for years. That particular Henry was abused something rotten whilst house renovations were in progress so doubted this smaller version would be any better. Only went for smaller as my wife liked the idea of less weight to carry up and down the stairs.
Well, first impressions are great, sucks the carpet off the floor if you don't control it properly, picks up dog hairs as well as my Dyson without the grief of hairs blocking the head. Didn't realise until started using this how clapped out the older, supposidly more powerful version was.
Not sure about build quality, body looks sturdy enough, have read that the hoses have a tendancy to split so have kept the old hose just in case. 10m of cable beats most other vacuum cleaners, and at least it all winds back into Henry's head.
All in all looks like a good purchase, hope it lasts as long as previous modelRead full review...
