Not effective

I am a person don’t usually take medication, so I thought it would work on me because I hardly take any tablets, if I need to they work so good. Unfortunately, this tablets worsened my condition. Placebo Effect???

Bought this hopping it would be a good way to get some natural sleep, but sad to say it didn't work, after 4 nights of taking it i gave up, no effect whats so ever, I read other reviews which were very mixed. Insomnia aid

Doesn't do what is supposed with me
