This is the glue professional florist use

I’ve been a florist for 10 years and this is what I use for corsage designs and floral halo work. It’s tricky to manage at first because the glue is runny but dries fast. I would dump some glue on a plate and dip the bud or greenery in that instead of using the tip of the tube. You would want to close it with the screw top so it doesn’t dry out the entire contents. This is the best glue for fresh florals, I’ve tried hot glue and it doesn’t last… they will pop off the corsage with body heat.
