Unsure if it’s the real deal?

I was expecting Olaplex to make my hair shiner and stronger - I have used it 3 x now and everytime it has dried fluffy and frizzy ( which it isn’t naturally anyway?) So I am unsure why.

My hair is in much better condition n really soft after use. So glad I tried it.
