To be honest, I ordered this item and didn't pay attention to how it was a third party controller, but I am absolutely not disappointed. Its very sturdy, has no input lag, and fits Xbox360 accessories. When I played Modern Warfare today with it on my PC, it felt like it did when I was in middle school with an OEM controller.
