On Sunset by Paul Weller (CD, 2022)

Late flowering Weller.

Full of unexpected twists and turns. Village is standout but there are plenty of strengths and the album works as a whole listening experience which is rare. Plenty of tasteful, clean guitar work but interesting use of electronic keyboards too. What matters most is that there are plenty of good tunes and much more variety than some albums.
