Iso 7 review
So....I am a work out junkie. No I don't look like a fitness model and presently am working on getting my diet in check for the thousandth time but....I do really like the Iso 7. I train regularly with body weight doing the Convict Conditioning program along with Iron core fitness kettlebell program. I alternate between both usually. I saw the Iso 7 and decided there was a plane of fitness I had not ventured into but always wanted to... isometrics. Growing up my dad used it and called it dynamic tension. He just used his muscles with opposing tension. Since my purchase of the Iso 7 I have added it to my routine 2 days a week. So that's cc 2 times, Kb 2 times, and Iso 2 times a week. 6 workouts a week. Iso is great for working out in a pinch, and also for variety. I feel like I've gotten stronger since I've started using it. Is it the silver bullet? No. It is definitely a tool in my tool box I'm glad I have added. It is what you make of it....a tool is only good if used. I think iso 7 is a great addition to any home gym.Read full review

Built great and sturdy.....but
Although it is very well built and sturdy. I personally cannot recommend it. I have an old bulworker and was looking to replace it with this item..now the choice seemed right between this and a steel bullworker and really had nothing to do with the plrice..imam definetly not a weak person, just am evolving into the dynamic tension because of my martial arts..I could barely budge this to work out with...there is no tension adjustment with springs like the steel bullworker, so I have resorted to my old one until I can afford the steel one.Read full review

Teh spring is the secret to gaining amzzing strength. Traditional isometrics are limited because progress is difficult to measure.
Much like Bully Xtreme. very stiff resistance. You must warm up before trying isotonics. very well made and as good a quality as the bullyxtreme for a fraction of the price. Useful to combine with calisthenics or take to weight room with you for added power in your lifts.Read full review

Good workout
I use this at the end of my exercises it’s a good isometric exerciser. Some of the exercises on the chart are a little iffy. At first it’s a little hard to push the bar but as I continued to try it everyday I’ve made progress. Just don’t overdue it and Hurt yourself. There are a few videos online showing different exercises. Overall it’s a good product. Read full review

Does the job as well as the original and the straps are better than the old cables.
I have one of the originals but it is old and the instructions have worn out. I really needed the new instructions but wish there were on individual sheets - that's why the 4 instead of 5. Otherwise just fine.Read full review

Great price!
I've owned a Bullworker since the 1970's. This product is sturdy and a great price. However, when compressing the handles, the motion is not as smooth as an authentic Bullworker. This may just be my personal preference, but if you are used to using a Bullworker, this model has a different feeling.Read full review

At home work out
Not adjustable in some level of excercises as the original bull worker. But good enough for me to work out at home since I can't go to the gym due to the shut down. I can still use it even when gym reopens. And it's inexpensive compared to the original. The band seems to have same durability as car timing belt.Read full review

Great product.. I bought a Bull Worker in 1976 and paid 50 dollars.. This is the same good quality for a much lower price..

Very Cheaply Made
This Iso7x is very cheaply made. The handles are PLASTIC!! I thought I was getting the Deluxe Version. It has black handles with a red overlay. The version I got here is one of the RECALLED items. This version tends to break where the handles are causing pain and injury. Let the buyer BEWARE! I guess the only way people will stop selling these is if someone gets SERIOUSLY injured and SUES somebody.Read full review
