Good, well designed probiotics that get where they should.
I bought this brand many years ago and found it good. More recently, I have had need to use it again to regulate digestion. It is as good, still, and well worth considering when faced with any certain, ongoing digestive issue where all options tried have failed. Probiotics is a means to adjust the gut flora, bacteria in the gut responsible for preparing food for absorption and this is still a science that is incomplete. Everyone's genetic makeup is different from the next person, leading to diverse conditions of health throughout a lifetime. Product works but you need to take regularly & Consistently.
I love this product. I do find it expensive as usually get the extra strength one, due to adjusting my budget wisely due to the Pandemic. I have bought the normal ones. Hoping it works just as well. This provides 5 billion dose of 5 "Good" bacteria plus fibre. That variety mixture creates a healthy environment for the gut which effects the whole body health. These work quickly. After the detox period the capsules continue to keep the gut healthy.
