Its a good product. Can feel heavy if used as hand held. Long handle isnt as sturdy as i would like. Its a good little machine for the price. Good range of arrangements and got long lead.

Not as expected

I thought to be more straightforward and actually the steam power to do the job but it's mostly a standard manual mop leaving a wet trail and a dirty cloth.... That I need to wash after every use. The use on carpets it's totally useless.... The dirt doesn't get cleaned but the cloth gets absolutely soiled! It's more work for me trying to go over the surfaces with this steamer than just use traditional methods. It slightly works ok as a handheld cleaner for tiles and grime but you need to rub and rub and rub a lot and the nozzle brush gets damaged quick. Also it's very noisy.Read full review
