Perfect easy fit if you have the tools.
I replaced the drive belt on my aged SD251 with this one and it took just 5 minutes and was simple. NOTE you will need a set of special star-head screw drivers to remove the base of the bread maker. I don't know exactly which size/type they are but without them this is will not be doable.Read full review...

Might be belt or capacitor
The belt was simple to fit once the unit was dismantled...about 10 screws.
The original belt was slightly stretched but was actually in good shape...the reason for replacement was paddle not mixing the dough well enough....so having fitted new belt and starting a new mix I had the same issue!!
Plan B-- fit new capacitor....same thing stripping down unit but you need to open up the PCB...then you will see the capacitor....soldering iron to remove and replace.....all back together and watch your fingers .....don't try to hold the drive stub under the bread bowl....so I would suggest if the motor appears weak it is the capacitor not the belt first!!
