I'm really glad I chose this lens vs the 45-150mm lens. This lens is compact, takes the same size filter (46mm) as the 14-42mm kit zoom, and doesn't weigh a ton, which makes holding it steady at full zoom much easier. Power Zoom Review

I had read about this lens offering power zooming for my JVC LS300 Camcorder so thought I'd give it a try. It mounted up and works fine. Just wish they would also offer this in a 2.8.

Great autofocus with sharp pictures.

Having read several despairing reviews about issues with image quality I wasn't sure to purchase this lens but I am so glad that I pulled the trigger and went ahead with it. Fantastic autofocus and sharp pictures. The lens itself is so light and looks beautiful. It has been a pleasure taking with me on photography adventures. Fits well on my GM1... the lens and body together work fantastically. The OIS is very noticeable as the real-time images and video shown on my LCD are rendered smoothly and without any noticeable shakiness as I'm holding up camera and lens to snap photos.
