Oh My Gosh!!! This dialpad repair kit is MAGIC!!!

Our office has been dealing with the Panasonic number 1 button problem for the past 8 years. I just did not want to pay for another phone system since this meets our needs, just have to push the heck out of the 1 button. I ordered 4 kits, and they only charged one shipping fee thanks. A friend sent two of his KX-TG400b handsets to a repair shop because one of the number buttons didn't work. The shop couldn't find a replacement part after 5 months of searching.
