Amazing lens

All the reviews of the Panasonic 20 mm 1.7 are true. I bought mine second hand and believe it was money well spent. The image is very sharp true at wide open 1.7 the edges soften and vignette but I consider them as a feature. I just returned touring the Amalfi coast taking with me lenses from 16 mm to 600 mm however I realized that I could have covered nearly 90 % of the images taken with just the 20 mm Panasonic. In truth the lens is slow in focusing but it helps to concentrate and relish the moment instead of spray and pray. After using this lens I feel no need for my other lenses except maybe a fast telephoto lens, I just adapt my photography techniques to the 20 mm focal length . Read full review
