I ordered my new remote control unit as my old one didn't work on the info button without pressing really hard several times to make it work. I received my new one and inserted batteries and it worked straightaway. The only thing I had to do was put in a code for it as I have a different brand of TV to my HDD box. Without the code it would not operate the TV section on the top right. This I found in my manual so wasn't a problem. Am very pleased with the product as it was a good price too for a genuine Panasonic remote.Read full review

Fantastic handset for Panasonic TV's

Good replacement remote control
At first glance this replacement remote control looks identical to the original. It needs no set up and works as soon as batteris are installed which is good.
My only compaint is that the central buttons are of soft material whereas the originals were hard. This means that when navigating through menus etc. it feels a bit "Squishy" so less positive than the original buttons.
I am not sure how much an original repacement would be, but I think the price paid is significantly less, so I am nt complaining - I just wonder is it will last as long as the one which came with my TV many years ago!Read full review
