A Great Product

This is a great product and the second Panda adapter I have purchased. The internal wireless adapter on a new Windows 10 failed to work and rather than fight with the dealer and Dell I opted to bypass the hassle of fixing/replacing the original adapter. I purchased and plugged in a Panda Wireless. It arrived quickly via USPS and very SIMPLE to install. For less than $20 and 20 minutes I was up and running. This was so much simpler than trying to resolve the internal broadcom adapter issues via tech support. Everyone should have one of these as a backup. I can't say enough good things about this product. The range is excellent also. It easily communicates with my modem from a basement desktop (over 100 feet) and from a desktop that is stuffed under a table in my office 50 feet away. It is very responsive.Read full review

Don't waste your time, requires special driver and if you use Linux gcc knowledge.

Panda claims this product is supported by Linux. Warning, you will have to compile the driver. If you are not familiar with gcc don't waste your time. I tested with Ubuntu 18 LTS, Mint 20. and Kali 2020.4. All failed. There are plug and play network dongles and cards out there. This is not one of themRead full review

Very easy to use

Great product, just wanted a plug & play WiFi adapter that worked with Linux on a laptop and this worked without any problems (on Tails, but I expect it will work on any recent Linux distribution). No drivers or special configuration required.Read full review

Up-to-Date

Readily recognized by Win 7 and Linux Mint, it is a plug and play model with speed that rivals adapters that cost more. Not as fast as the expensive models but with wifi speeds as fast as they are, what's the dif between "blink-of-an-eye", and half a blink. Good value.Read full review

Painlessly establish wireless connectivity on Linux Mint.

I needed to establish wireless connectivity for a computer I'm using for media streaming. Ideally, this connectivity would be available throughout my condo. This Panda device fills the bill admirably. No driver installation was necessary on my Linux Mint system, and signal strength is excellent in the desired coverage area. I've had similar good results with other Panda devices and highly recommend them. Read full review

Best wifi adapter for Linux

After having purchased 2 different wifi adapters to specifically work with Linux (and didn't at all), this gem just worked, completely plug n play with Fedora 25 & Ubuntu. Up and down speeds have been consistently good and as advertised. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wifi adapter for Linux. Forget those others that claim to work with Linux...they DON'TRead full review

Great with Linux Mint 18.3

This WiFi adapter worked right out of the box on my Dell E521 PC I put together and installed Linux Mint 18.3 on. Plugged and the system picked it right up, typed in my network password and connected with no additional software install. It can't get any easier than that.Read full review
