This item is poor quality the spindle snapped off inside the drive shaft I managed to get the piece out and used another pole only for it to do the same I only bought this because I had a similar one before what lasted for 3 years and was great value comparing the spindles the old one was a lot thicker than the Parker brand so in short save your money and don't buyRead full review

I was going to buy a new Stihl brush cutter didn’t want cheap rubbish that didn’t work well. After seeing this at a fraction of the cost of a stihl . After reading the excellent reviews I decided to give this a go. It arrived quickly within a day. It is very good quality . The manual is very easy to follow with clear pictures and wording about setting up and using each part of the multiple tools. It also came with a handy easy to use fuel mixing bottle which is very helpful and protective gloves and glasses. I have only used this product once. Well built and powerful but very heavy
The item is well built and Powerful and all the accessories fit together well but when it is assembled at full reach with the hedge trimmer it is very heavy and needs to be used in short bursts. That's the trade-off with a 52 cc engine rather than a smaller 30cc engine that's more popular. It always starts first pull no problem but being a larger engine you need to hold the machine down firmly and pull with some strength as there is a fair kick back from the cylinder compression.Read full review

It works but it's super heavy
As a piece of kit it works but has some inherent design flaws which make it really frustrating to use. Apart from being super heavy the strimmer jams really easy, dispenses cord too easily and the handle is uncomfortable. I suppose you get what you pay for so I can't complain but it really is cheap for a reason. Powerful enough and I can't comment on reliability as I've only used it 3 times.Read full review
