My First Week

I bought this in preparation for a photography trip in Skye. Recently I have been in Italy and used it there first.
I found that the strap improves after a few days use as the webbing adjusts to wearing. I used a Fuji X-Pro2 with a 35mm lens for seven hours a day in warm weather and I have to admit that the combination began to feel a bit heavy; there is no padding and I was only wearing a thin shirt! I'm not so sure about wearing it all day with a heavier lens
Using the Slide is simple, the 'button' fixings are very secure but easy to connect and disconnect when storing the camera.
I chose the Slide Lite because I am fairly. Short (5ft8") and I found that shortening the strap I was able to sling the camera just below the waist when not in use; releasing the clutch buckle adjusts the length when in use.
In conclusion, while it is more expensive than other slings I feel that I will use it confident that it will keep my camera safe. Weight is an issue, the camera lens combination I used weighs 1lb10oz, users of heavier cameras would be better looking at it's bigger brother.Read full review...

Great bit of kit and worth the price

This has changed the way I use my camera and as such it is worth the relatively high price.
The difference over a standard strap that comes with your camera is night and day.
The adjuster strap things are simple but do make the strap easier to use and being able to take the whole strap on and off or change the configuration is a great additional feature.
I would buy another in the future but it still looks as good as new after 14 months so I'm not sure if I will ever need to. Read full review...

Good strap for DSLR
