The writing on the box is not in English and the box doesn't include an information leaflet, so effectively there's no information to accompany the product about e.g. dosage, possible side effects, contra-indications or ingredients. For this reason, I can't say it's of a good quality. Despite this, I have taken the tablets but have seen no noticeable effect.
