No good for my pup

I have a jackabee pup 5mths old and she is very lively, barks a lot and very confrontational with me so I bought this item thinking it would be just the thing to try to control her barking and thinking that she is the boss but from the moment of getting this item I was very dissapointed I tried many times using it on her but this made her 10 times worse barking and it didn't have any effect on her what so ever .....very disapointed. ...Read full review

If it doesn't work bin it.

The only thing that worked was the red indicator light came on.

No response from any dogs in our boarding kennels to the equipment.

There is no point discussing the failure with you as you always the fault with the customer in my experience with you., so I tossed it in the bin.

Even failure to find my address by Hermes you found to be my fault previously.

Buy an ultrasonic whistle instead

Absolute waste of money. Dog initially looked at the light & turned head but did not stop barking or doing what he was doing for more than a couple of seconds initially then completely ignored. Bought a £2 sonic whistle at same time and he responds to that brilliantly when we give a quick blow. Should have taken notice of bad reviews of this! does not work on any dog as promised and it is not really safe as it has a laser built in that is emitted when the sonic button is pressed and can accidentally be shone in eyes, also it has a torch but it is none too effective as torches go.Read full review

Not sure on this product

Not sure if it works just yet, sometimes they stop barking and other times they don"t, we have had it 14 days so will just have to keep using it a little longer.
