Replacement
It is to replace my old original petsafe flap which is 11years old,and has broken.it will be very easy to replace,it is the same size,so pleased about that.thought I would not be able to get one to fit,as the cats have a tunnel to get in and out of the conservatory.

Not easy to fit. Template incorrect.
Cannot fault the supplier in dispatching and communication. This item was not easy to fit. Took several hours, we found that the template is not the right size, therefore fitting the screws only just fitted. So measure very carefully, we did and still had a problem. The flap does not swing easily and catches. Needs force to open which I think my dogs will find difficult and it shuts noisily as hits the frame. Supplier willing to refund if I return, but will leave hole in my door, so somehow needs to be adapted somehow to work smoothly. Well done to all those who fitted easily. Brilliant pet door
Brilliant pet door, ideal size for my yorkie. Easy to fit but you will need to cut the screws down if not using the tunnel suppled. The slide-in door to ‘lock’ the flap is a great idea as my dog can’t see through & therefore doesn’t think it’s still ‘open’ & break it, as he did the last one, by trying to get through it.

Looks good now fitted.
Parts were well made and the instructions were adequate with templates for hole cutting. Fitting the outer and inner parts is fine but the pieces to create a clean entry through the door were a real fiddle. Having cut the hole exactly to size I found it needed to be about 2-3mm bigger all round. What a chore. So much better to have made the pattern a touch larger.
