Classic soap

Peyton Place is a really good drama although not accurate to the book it is still a first rate drama.The story is about a small town that has everything going on there such as rape,incest,adultery,premarital sex,murder and more and it is very tastefully done.Although the film is 50 years old now it hasn't really dated and you can just imagine what a 1957 audiance must have been thinking as the film was a bit risky in its day.The acting from all the cast is really good and there are some very memorable scenes my favourite being the train scene with Russ Tamblyn and Diane Varsi,i wont say why you will have to watch this movie and see.Read full review...
