Best Wound Care Product On the Market!
I've been using Nu-Stock on my horses for almost two decades and it is unmatched in results. Not only does it heal every kind of wound -- from cuts and scrapes to summer sores -- super fast, the horse's hair grows back in its natural color, rather than the white hairs that generally grow back, leaving a permanent "scar," at wound locations. It also goes on as a paste that protects from -- and repels - flies and gnats drawn by open wounds.
Nu-Stock contains sulfur and should be handled with gloves by anyone allergic to sulfur. It used to come in a jar, which made it easy to stir when the oil separated from the paste. Now it comes only in the tube, which makes it hard to re-mix the ingredients, so I highly recommend squeezing the contents of the whole tube into a plastic container with tight-fitting lid immediately. Over time, the product will begin to dry out, and you can add baby oil and stir well to regain the moist paste consistency.
It is well worth this small effort for the results, which are unbeatable. So is the price! Over the years, I've acquired a whole cabinet of wound treatments to try out and Nu-Stock remains my go-to product. Not a product for your indoor dogs!
I bought this because my little dog has lost hair on his ears and I thought this would help. It is labeled for use on all animals, "even cats". However, the print on the tube says to NOT use it on an animal where they can lick it - so that leaves out most portions of dogs and cats! Also, the smell is extremely intense, almost suffocating... you can smell it throughout the whole house. It was labeled "shake before using," which I did, but it still ran out in a thin greasy oil and everything it touches smells like pine tar and turpentine for a week or more, even after multiple washes. I would not use it again without wearing gloves or on my dog. I would, however, use it on my horse for the recommended uses.... outside, where I did not have to smell it all the time. Best hotspot treatment out there!
My dog gets bit by one flea and we'll end up with a huge hotspot. Happens before he even gets a chance to get his flea treatment. This dries up and heals any sore. I tried some other spray Hot Spot Treatment that stained everything blue and was a nightmare, this product however does not stain. It's not the greatest smell in the world but that's because it has sulfur in it and that's what helps dry up sores and also the dog will not lick it off. I have found the best price on eBay this product is very hard to find. Tractor Supply does not sell it near where I live neither does PetSmart or other local pet stores. Don't waste your money buying other products or even wasting your time doing the apple cider vinegar bath just buy this and it's all you'll need besides your regular flea treatment.Read full review

I use Durvet Nu-Stock on my Dog
I have a Blue Bully, who suffers with Demodex. When I rescued him he was bald, had open wounds, leather like skin, weak & no appetite. The Vet recommended using Nu-Stock, until he started medical treatments. You could see that he had instant relief. He co-operated while I applied the ointment, instead of resisting. Helped heal my little schnauzer!
This stuff is outstanding! I don't give many reviews, but it worked so well that I felt compelled to do so! My little schnauzer had this nasty golf ball-size growth on her back, possibly cancerous. The vet was already recommending that we put her down. I refused to do that, so we had the growth cut off and I started using this ointment on the big hole in her skin. I was amazed after about a week the skin had closed upon itself, without stitches! After 2 weeks, there is only a tiny scar left and most of the hair grew back! Great cream--does what it says.....
This works great on ringworm , ear mites , hot spots on cats and dogs. We have ringworm on our foster kittens, bad, --this , along with anti-fungal bathes--is clearing up the ringworm--which is not a worm but a fungus. It is most sufa cream which takes care of almost all skin conditions. I paid 14 $ aprox , shipping inc--and it is a fantastic deal. For ear mites -rub a thin coat into the ear--thin coat. this stuff does Smell--but it worth it in the end and you get used to it. Our dog had a really scabby coat ,it was all over
a bath would loosen the scabs and when removed
her skin would bleed ,scab over again and it would start all over.
After about a week on applying the Nu Stock they started going away.
As of today they are almost gone just a few remain on her neck
if it wasn't for Nu Stock our dog would have most likely died

Kills Scabies with Ivermectin oral combo from Tractor Supply store
I bought this product for scabies I got on my buttocks it helped immediately ease the itching most of the burrows are gone now. Ive also bought ivermectim at the tractor supply store and oral administered in combination and it appears to be working good. so if you got scabies i recommend both ..as well as salt bleach baths every day washing linens sheets daily vacuuming etc etc..
