Great Tasting Meals
Fantastic recipes that are both Slimming World friendly & Weight Watchers friendly, you just need to work out if there are any Syns or Points in the meals as only some are 'free'. Great if you are calorie counting as they are worked out for you.
The recipes in this book have been brilliantly worked out for balance and great even if you are not watching your waistline, they are healthy & nutritious and well .................. Just very tasty!
