Pioneer VSX 455 5 Channel Receiver

Early 5.1 surround amp

The deciding factor for me on buying this amp was the 4 channel equal power output capability. Gives me the option of using it as a high end stereo system along with being a powerful home theater amp. Only drawback is the lack of any video inputs other than a couple RCA and no digital audio inputs. Front and center surround work great, but I'm yet to ever hear even a click from the rear channels.Read full review

Bought this receiver to replace my Pioneer VSX-454 receiver which had pretty much "bit the dust".
This one works and sounds like my old one did brand new!!
