Extra Bass without loosing all the boot space!!

I added the Pioneer Active Sub to my car as the bass response was very poor and everything sounded very tinny. I was very doubtful as to the effectiveness of such a small unit, which I installed under the passenger seat, but I have to say that I am very surprised with just how good the result has been. It has transformed the sound in the car, and brought the overall performance close to that in my Range Rover, which has a factory 11 speaker set up!

Overall I would recommend this to anyone with an estate / hatch back set up that doesn't want to loose boot space.

I will add that I have a sub output on the head unit in the car, so it was wired direct via phono, I don't know how it responds when using the speaker wire connections, but being Pioneer I can only imagine that it will produce favourable results..........Read full review...

why would you need a 22"sub?!?

Rich, powerfull sound. The remote conrol gives you a freedom to match your desire. Small and easy to fit. Your dash doesn't rattle with every hard beat. First time in my life i enjoy music in my car so much. One word - exellent! Second - buy it - you wont regret

Better sound all round

I was looking to improve my listening experience in my car to achieve the same quality as in my home. This neat compact yet powerful unit has done just that. It fits discreetly underneath the front seats, yet floods the interior with a full rich sound. No matter what music you listen to from Rock to Classical you can adjust the sound level to suit.

You should buy the Pioneer TS-WX11A Car Subwoofer

This might be small enough to fit under your seat but it packs a punch.
If you want some bass in your car and don't want to lose any of your boot space or you just might want to be able to hide the sub so no one can see or steal it this is a must buy. It's very simple to wire up as it has a built in amp.Read full review...

Good value and good item.

Not as small as i expected. Won't fit under the seat in a Porsche Boxster. Straightforward to install and sounds really well.
