Finally rid of insomnia!

Three pills equal one serving so I take three a few hours before I plan on going to sleep. I didn't think this was doing anything the first time I took it because I was waiting to feel drowsy but this doesn't work like that. It makes it so that you're able to fall asleep easily one your head hits the pillow and you're able to stay asleep throughout the night. I wake up feeling SO rested and have no grogginess unlike diphenhydramine/ Benadryl. I'm so happy that something natural has helped me get rid of decades worth of insomnia. Buffered Magnesium Glycinate

Well its much better than the MG oxide they sell at the store. Unfortunately there are only 130 or so milligrams of elemental magnesium in each pill. Plus this glycinate form is buffered with some cheaper magnesium to raise this elemental MG count. Next time I will be trying the dr's best version, its not much more expensive.Read full review
