Install as Brother QL-500 and it works great!

The printer is actually a rebranded Brother QL-500. If you try to install it as a PB LPS-1 it's impossible to find drivers, but as a QL-500 it works like a champ.

Software install a Headache.

Physically everything its supposed to do. Downloading the software is such a pain and Pitney Bowes won't give you any advice without an account. I do not like it because of that.

Works Great, I use it every day.

It took a bit of time to get it to work with Windows7 but I found out that it is the same model as the Brother QL-500, so I loaded the software and it's worked perfectly ever since. It's perfect for Ebay shipping and the labels are water resistant.Read full review
