Did not come with the handset lifter. Worked fine though.

The seller listed this as a complete set in the title, but not in the listing. I had an extra lifter, so it was not a problem for me. I am concerned about the accuracy of seller's listings though.r>

Only one problem

This unit arrived in like new condition. The only problem was the internal battery was dead and wont hold a charge, so I had to purchase a battery from Plantronics for $39. Still a good deal, but an extra added hassle as I now have to wait for the battery to use the headset. Otherwise fine. Shipped on time, arrived in great like new condition. Works as expected. The only downside was that there was a missing cable that is usedto connect the CS50 into the handset jack on the phone. I bought one at a local store.
