Hard to focus.

Not as flimsy as another product I have tried. It goes together easily and the stand and base are of good quality. But the problem is the mount from the stand to the camera (not a microscope). It's not secure enought to hold the camera steady while you focus, so it's focus, camera has moved, so focus again, camera has moved, so focus again...
Taking a picture was easy - once you got it focused!
This is not a microscope, it is a close focusing camera. I would guess the magnification at about 20X or more if you move the camera very close. But 250X is just marketing.Read full review

Easy to use and works Great!!!

Works Perfect, Very Pleased with the Clarity of the Focus.
Strong Adjustable Arm, Just be Careful adjusting the Arm, The Holder for the Microscope is made out of Plastic, which can break very Easily, because of the Steel arms Strength.
It has saved me a lot of eye strain from not having to Look through a Jeweler's Loupe.

Good device, terrible stand

I was a little surprised at how bad the stand was at standing, but aside from that it is exactly what I thought it would be. Its compatible with my computer and easy to use.

Not what I was hoping for.

2 megapixel doesn't make for sharp photos.
Short stand doesn't allow to position the microscope very high above the object.

This camera is awesome! It has completely exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I have it running on Linux using Cheese, and on Windows 10 using the Plugable application. No "magic" was needed to get it to work in either OS.Read full review

Scope is great, but stand isn't.

The scope it self is great. The only thing I don't like is the flexible stand it is on. I would rather see a rod that the camera could slid up and down on. The flexible stand is not tall enough.

Cool Gadget that works very well

The only thing I do not like is that there is a slight delay / between adjustments and visual on the computer screen. I use VLC every time and have not tried any other software.
