Alternative way of fastening.
The looped catches allow quite a bit of movement when fastening the individual guards together, so I finished up using black electrical tie backs instead. This gave a much better secure connection, only problem is that if you want to rearrange the guards you will have to cut the tie backs off, but at £1-75 for 200 the tie backs are cheap enough. Will have to wait for a month or two to see if the heron manages to get through!Read full review

not good
Totally waste money and time. Bought them as herons eat my fish, they still do after filling pond with these things. Firstly they are difficult to attach to each other and if going to have more than a few its even more tricky, particularly if you have plants and fountains in pond.Read full review
