Sweet story with a great message
Ponyo is a favorite for me. It's beautiful to see the way the friendship blossoms between the two main characters, and is an example of kindness and never giving up. A sweet take on a classic tale.

This is a Japanese adaptation of the Little Mermaid. Ponyo lives under the sea with her siblings and a father who is a magician. One day, she is swept to a beach where she meets a boy. The boy thinks she is a fish and tries to save her by putting her in a bucket. Love and adventure follow. It's a sweet story with a good ending. I highly recommend this one.Read full review
