I have been using Rodney Yee's Power Yoga for 14 years. Colleagues at work asked me if I would do yoga with them, and I introduced them to Rodney Yee's Power Yoga. They love it! It is challenging but engaging. After 6 weeks of working out, my colleagues are seeing and feeling the strength in their bodies. I purchased an extra DVD for one of the gals to use at home.
