great addition to the home gym
I found this on ebay for about $30 less than Amazon, and it was at my door in two days! Took less than an hour to assemble, the instructions were very good. It is very sturdy, I only loaded it to 300 lbs because of a bad knee, I'm sure it can take more weight and still be safe. The only problem I had was with the headrest. I'm 5'5 so the headrest was out too far for me to use. I ended up drilling an additional hole, and using the predrilled hole and my new hole was able to move it closer to the front. I also cut off the end of the headrest base that I no longer needed and moved the foot down, that saved me an additional couple of inches of floor space. I used some WD40 on the uprights, no squeaks, very smooth. Its a great machine, worth every penny.Read full review

Comfortable and well constructed.
Nice product and easy to put together. Very squeaky and loud, but once oil applied to the sliding bar, problem solved! Would highly recommend for the price. This leg press positions you so that there is no fatigue on your back from incorrect positioning on squats and takes up much less floor space than a traditional leg press. When I opened the box I thought i had made a big mistake. Horrible packaging and directions are for mechanically inclined only. After I assembled I was blown away with the quality. I think they save on packaging but make it up 100 times over on quality. Everything feels heavier. 150lbs on this unit feels like 300 on leg press at gym. Great product. Was short 2 washers, found replacements at Home Depot easily. The machine was easy to construct, and is high quality for the price. It takes up very little room. I applied some lithium grease which stopped the squeaking. I'm loving this leg press machine! Read full review

didn't come with the proper bolts. Extra screws that don't fit anything. The instruction manual describes bushings that don 't exist. Not very well made.
