this item is meant to conform to IP44, however, the rear knock out is too small to accept uk conduit fittings thus rendering the product useless if the knockout is removed as it allows ingress of water. very disappointing. return postage is too expensive to warrant throwing away good money after bad so stuck with a less than useless piece of plastic.Read full review...

An easy to fit and compact solution to supplying mains to a campervan.
I've given the product 5* because in fitting it to my campervan it saved cutting a hole in the metal body of the 'van, that would have been needed to fit an inset socket inlet. It was also compact enough to be fitted up and behind the bumper bar, with just some sculpting of the plastic bumper, so that the inlet socket is almost fully concealed.Read full review...

External 240v hook up plug

Fitted to campervan - spring flap is clipped in to the body. Wasnt very strong. Ended up gluing it in to place to stop it falling out.
Spring in flap rusted away after 4 months so flap no longer stays closed.
