This actually works !!

Having taken my old Lucas one apart 3 times, fitted a new rubber diaphram and still found it wasnt much better, I priced up repair/exchange items and these were over £100, so this unit here proved a good purchase.
The old Lucas unit vacuum line was attached using a threaded union nut and metal pipe. I just cut the line, deburred it and linked it with a short piece of rubber vac tube and it worked and sealed well.
